Within New Zealand we generally use Fastway Couriers and if you are outside New Zealand we use Air Post. This can easily be altered if desired.
Should you find that your purchase is not suitable for any reason (such as finding that you really were needing the next size up, for example) you are welcome to return it within a reasonable time-frame. This is in addition to your usual protection under the Consumer Guarantees Act. The only request we have is that the item is returned in an unused condition.
